Registration

You can register by clicking on the "Sign In" section located at the top right corner on the home page. Please provide the required information in the form that appears and click on submit. We will send a one-time password (OTP) to verify your mobile number. Post verification, you can start shopping on www.finchstaples.in

Yes, you do need to register before shopping with us. However, you can browse the website without registration. You are required to login or register while you checkout

No, the registered phone number / email ID is a unique code, it cannot be used again for registration.

If there is a mistake, you can connect to our customer service and we can de activate or edit the details from our end and we will revert back with the details on the email.

Login / Account Related

'My Account' is the section where you can view your Personal Information, Order History and Shopping List.

You may have entered incorrect login details. Please enter the correct information & try again.

Product / Price / Promotion

You can search for a product by navigating through the category pages or by using search tab on the top of every page.

We ensure that all our products are hygienically and carefully handled and maintain them in the correct temperature & packaging.

Ordering

Once order placed, an email will be sent to your registered ID, for the confirmation of the order.

Currently, this provision is not available, in case of emergency we can assist by our whatsapp customer care number.

Once order is placed, changes are not possible at customer end, customer can call and ask for a cancellation of the order and place an order again.

Payment

Currently we have PAYTM – RAZORPay for all online payment including all the debit/Credit cards and net Banking, there is a facility of COD ( Cash On Delivery ) available.

Delivery

You will be asked for you city and area, if unable to deliver we will not accept the order.
